401 Error - Request failed with status code 401

I got a 401 Error, preventing me from saving changes.

If you are having issues with saving any of your changes while trying to approve a case, you may also see the 401 Error above. By reporting this to KLOwen Customer Experience, we then report it to our Software Engineers to determine what bugs need to be fixed. In the meantime, here is a workaround for this current error so you can successfully save your changes:

  1. Open a new tab in the same browser you are using.
  2. Go to the KLOwen Doctor Portal again (portal.klowenortho.com).
  3. Click "View" to open this case in the Approval Tool again.
    1. This will reauthenticate your session in the software.
    2. Go back to the original tab that you made changes in, and click Save and Approve as you are ready.

To help avoid losing a lot of work, best practices suggest saving your changes periodically in your session, rather than waiting until the end.
