How Do I Delete or Cancel a Draft in the KLOwen Software Doctor Portal?

1. Open the case (click the name).

2. In the upper right corner, click on "Edit Case."

3. For now, it requires that you fill out all Required fields: patient name, doctor name, location, bracket type, and Special Instructions (text box at the bottom).

4. Click the 3-dot menu in the upper right area, and click "Cancel Case."

Once any case is cancelled, it will still be recorded at the end of the list of your Shipped Cases.
