DIBS AI Error: Heads Up! Missing Brackets (Strike 2) appeared on my screen when opening with the local desktop software.
The reason for this error is because you don't seem to have the latest version of the DIBS AI software downloaded to your desktop. If you still would like to use the desktop further, you can find the latest version by logging into DIBS AI, clicking "Account" on the left, and then clicking "Installer" at the top.
The quickest way to work around most DIBS AI software errors is to instead open the case through the web-based version. To do this, click the "VIEW" button, and select "Open via Online."
