Here is the full pop-up message:
"Heads up! Rx Form Changes
There are some differences from this patient's original Rx Form and the work completed here in DIBS. Not to worry, these changes will automatically update the Rx Form."
As it says, "not to worry." In short, this does not reflect an error, and you can completely disregard this message and click "Accept." But read on for an explanation of this message.
...
The "Rx Form" referred to in DIBS AI (not to be confused with KLOwen's Bracket Rx) actually refers to the case submission in the DIBS AI platform. While submitted a case, there are two related fields saying "Which Treatment Location?" and "Which Shipping Location?" One common issue is that one or both of these locations had "Main Location" as a default answer. If you ever see that, click on it to choose your actual practice location.
After KLOwen receives a case submission that has "Main Location" instead of the true practice location, technicians update the "Rx Form" (case submission) by clicking "DETAILS" next to the case in question, then click "EDIT," and change the location. Hence is the reason why you see the message saying, "There are some differences from this patient's original Rx Form."
