DIBS Error - Rx Form cannot be updated
What to do when the error "Rx Form cannot be updated" pops up, preventing approval.
The customer should contact KLOwen Customer Experience (support@klowenortho.com, 737-265-5220) for any tech support. This error is due to the selectiong of "Main Location" (which may be a default selection for some accounts) for the "Shipping Location" in the submission form. If a KLOwen representative is not able to change the shipping address, then they will have to request the change from OrthoSelect by calling 801-763-5039, press 2 for DIBS AI support, and asking them to change the Shipping Location to the correct shipping address.
You can have the customer confirm that their changes are saved. If so, you can approve it for them, or have OrthoSelect do it. We can also assure the customer that they will no longer have this issue when transitioned to the new KLOwen software.
