How can I add Delivery Instructions for my FedEx shipments?

There is a way to set up Delivery Instructions through KLOwen's courrier, FedEx, for a better delivery experience.

KLOwen uses FedEx as the courrier for case and order shipments, primarily 2-day express shipping. We understand that FedEx may have delays and complications in some areas, experiencing issues such as packages not arriving on time or to the right location.

Fortunately, there is a way to help your local FedEx driver by setting up "Delivery Instructions." KLOwen is unfortunately unable to do this for you. You will have to create your own account at FedEx.com. 

Once you create an account on FedEx.com, click your name at the top right, choose "Profile," then click "CHANGE" in the box where it says "Change delivery instructions" or click "FEDEX DELIVERY MANAGER" on the left bar. Just click "Edit" to the right of "Delivery Instructions" to type specific details. Though this may not be a guaranteed solution for all shipping issues, it may allow the local driver to understand your business better.
As a precaution, ensure that you schedule your bonding dates out far enough to allow for potential delays in the fabrication or delivery of your KLOwen case(s).
