How can I connect my iTero account with KLOwen to send iTero scans?

To begin sending iTero scans to KLOwen, first call iTero Customer Support at 1 (800) 577-8767, and select option 4.

Tell the iTero representative that you would like to connect KLOwen Orthodontics as one of your connected labs. All you need to provide is KLOwen's iTero Lab ID, which is 190547. After the iTero representative establishes that connection, they will instruct you further.

*Please note that iTero scans need to be sent as "Study Model/iRecord" to be successfully received by KLOwen.
