Before I approve the digital setup of my case, I need a technician to make revisions for me.
When you are in the KLOwen Approval Tool, there is a button at the bottom that says "Request Revision." A pop-up window opens where you can enter notes, and then click "Request Revision" again, which sends the case back to the setup technicians directly. Your case will typically be send back for approval again within 24 hours.
