How many brackets should I order?

The KLOwen Frequency Guide helps you know how many of which brackets to order when you run low on inventory in your bracket kit.

Whenever you run low on any brackets, you may only need to purchase 1 or 2 packs of brackets (note that 1 pack contains 5 individual brackets). However, some brackets are used more frequently than others. The KLOwen Frequency Guide helps you know how many brackets your practice uses based on your case utilization. Just multiply the frequency number with your estimated average case volume per month, and you'll see how many of that bracket may be in one case.

Now, that doesn't equal the number of brackets you should purchase. Rather, it tells you how often you see this bracket. If the number is somewhat large, then you may decide that you need to always 5 brackets of that type in your inventory, especially if that is the bracket type that easy debonds for whatever reason. If it's a bracket that you will only see once every 50 cases, then you may not worry about ordering more until you have 1 or 2 left in inventory.
