      Oops Error - Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'min')

      When trying to open my case in the KLOwen Software, I received an Oops Error, saying "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'min')"

      When this error is received, it means some setup files did not successfully upload into the approval tool. To get this problem resolved, contact KLOwen Customer Experience (support@klowenortho.com, or 737-265-5220) to arrange for those files to be uploaded again, which takes very little time.
