Apply rush, and overnight shipping if necessary, to ensure your case arrives before the bonding date.
When approving the digital setup for your KLOwen case, there will be a pop up to confirm your approval and allow for notes. That new window will also show two dates: one is the Bonding Date that was entered on the case submission, and the other is the Expected Delivery of the case based on normal turnaround.
If the Expected Delivery Date is set on or after the bonding date, the Scheduling Options will be switched to Yes, so that when you click to Approve again, it will show another new window with some options to help.
Turnaround after approval is 4 business days of production until shipping. Applying Rush Tray Production reduces that time by 2 days less. Standard shipping is FedEx 2-day. Applying Overnight Shipping will ship in 1 day, but incurs a much larger fee.
In some cases, the bonding date that was entered in the case submission may be incorrect. If so, you are able to Change Bonding Date. If that new date falls after the expected delivery date, then you may not need an expedited service.
Please note that it is recommended to schedule enough time to ensure your case arrives more than just 1 day before the bonding date. Setup revisions and longer approval times will affect the Expected Delivery Date.
