DIBS Ai - Viewing KLOwen setups in DIBS AI

Here are instructions to viewing KLOwen case setups that were done in the DIBS Ai software.

What to Do If You Get this Error Message

If this error window pops up when you click the “View” button on a case, it means the updated version of DIBS Ai has not been fully installed on your computer. Make sure you’ve downloaded and installed DIBS Version 8.1.10 and then try again. Here are the instructions to do so.

 

1. Go to syncdibsai.com/login

2. Login with your existing credentials

3. Click on “Account”

4. Click on “Installer"

5. Download 8.1.10 and follow the install instructions on a Windows computer

6. Once installed, go to “Patients” > click “Total” > find patient > click “View”

 

Mac Users

Installing on a Mac OS may not be possible without running DIBS Ai with Parallels.

If you get this popup widow when trying to install DIBS Ai 8.1.10 on your Apple computer, it means you won’t be able to access cases without installing DIBS on a Windows operating system or by using Parallels on your Mac to login, download & install using that entry point.
