(Richardson, TX) - The City of Richardson has entered into a partnership agreement with KLOwen Orthodontics, a digital orthodontic innovator, to relocate its headquarters within the Richardson Innovation Quarter® (The IQ®). This move enables KLOwen Orthodontics to further develop its custom digital orthodontic solutions, which have been proven to reduce both the number of appointments and overall treatment times. The company will occupy a 24,850-square-foot lease space at 1703 N. Plano Road in the Cardinal Park development, investing nearly $2 million in tenant improvements and committing to creating more than 100 new jobs over the next five years.

The company intends to retain 46 existing jobs and create 127 new jobs over the next five years, with an average salary of $86,360. The City is providing a tenant improvement grant requiring a minimum capital investment by the company of $1.4 million and a 5-year lease term, as part of the agreement.
