How It Works
Three steps. No self-reporting. KLOwen tracks everything.
- Register by August 31 and submit your team's T-shirt sizes.
- Receive your personalized goal on August 31, based on your highest single month of KLOwen case approvals from January through June 2026.
- Beat that number in September or October—once is enough to win.
New to KLOwen or averaging fewer than 10 approved cases per month? Your goal is 10 approved cases.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- You only need to hit your goal in one month—not both.
- KLOwen pulls case approval data after October 31. You do not need to track or submit your own numbers.
- If you come close in September but don't hit your goal, October is your second shot. We'll send your September results during the first week of October so you know exactly what you're chasing.
- Winners will be announced in November. T-shirts will ship between November and December.
What You Win
Every practice that hits its goal will receive exclusive #BondingBaddie T-shirts for the team (up to 10 shirts). Sizes are collected during registration.
Plus, just for registering, every practice will receive a #BondingBaddie sticker in the mail. Consider it a head start on the social challenge.
Bonus Social Challenge
Post on Facebook or Instagram during the challenge, tag @KLOwenOrtho, and use #BondingBaddie. The practice with the most qualifying posts in each region will win exclusive #BondingBaddie hats and a team lunch courtesy of KLOwen.

Who is eligible to participate?
Any active KLOwen customer practice. This challenge is not open to prospects or non-customers.
Is there a cost to participate?
No. Participation is free.
What do we win?
You can win a branded Bonding Baddie T-shirt (up to 10 shirts per practice). KLOwen will also celebrate winning practices via email and social media. Practices that opt in also receive a #BondingBaddie sticker in the mail after signing up.
Bonus challenge: You can win #BondingBaddie hats (up to 10 hats per practice) for the top practice in each region that posts on social (must tag KLOwen and use the #BondingBaddie hashtag).
How do we opt in?
You will receive an email with a link to the opt-in landing page. Fill out the form with your practice details and T-shirt sizes for each team member. That is it. You are in.
When is the opt-in deadline?
August 31, 2026. No opt-ins will be accepted after that date.
What information do we need to provide when we opt in?
Contact name, practice name, shipping address for T-shirt delivery, email address, and T-shirt sizes for each team member.
Can we change our T-shirt sizes after opting in?
Reach out to your KLOwen sales rep as soon as possible if you need to update sizes. Changes are not possible once shirts are in production.
What counts as a win?
Your practice must approve more cases through KLOwen in a single calendar month (September or October 2026) than you have in January to June, 2026 with KLOwen. You only need to hit that milestone once to win.
What is the win condition for new customers or lower-volume practices?
If your practice has fewer than 10 case approvals per month on average, your min target to win is 10 case approvals in either September or October 2026.
Do we have to win both September and October?
No. Hitting your target in either month is enough to win.
How will KLOwen track our case approvals?
KLOwen will pull case approval data from our system after October 31. You do not need to report your own numbers.
What if we are close but do not hit our target in September?
You get a second shot in October. KLOwen will send an update at the start of October confirming your September results and reminding you what number you need to beat.
How many T-shirts does each practice receive?
Up to 10 shirts per practice. Sizes are collected at opt-in.
When will we receive our T-shirts?
Winners will be identified in November. T-shirts will ship November through December 2026. Production takes approximately 10 to 12 business days after final approval.
Will shirts ship to one address?
Yes. All shirts for a practice ship to the single address submitted at opt-in.
Is there a bonus prize?
Yes. The practice with the most social posts using #BondingBaddie and tagging @KLOwenOrtho wins Bonding Baddie hats and a team lunch. (one practice per region)
Do we have to post on social media to participate?
No. Social posting is optional. But it is encouraged, and it is how you qualify for the bonus hat and lunch prize. Post on Facebook and Instagram (LinkedIn is not part of this campaign).
What should we post and when?
During opt-in (July to August): post a photo or video with your #BondingBaddie sticker announcing you have joined. During the competition (September to October): share team moments, case milestones, behind-the-scenes content. After winning: post your T-shirts and team celebration.
Must always tag KLOwen and use the #BondingBaddie hashtag.
